Our Big Day!
Our theme is love. We just want it to be a day full of warm smiles, to all reconnect, make each other laugh and dance the night away. Below is some information we hope you find a little handy for the day.
Schedule for the day.
3pm: Wedding Ceremony on the grounds of Spicers Clovelly Estate
Arrive and relax.
Find a seat and tuck your mobile phones away. We request that no photos are taken during our ceremony as we would like you to be present with us and indeed allow the opportunity to be the first to share this moment with our family and friends who are unable to join us on the day. (After the ceremony: please feel free to snap away to your hearts content. Do not forget to use the hashtag #paulandsara)
4-6pm: Garden Party on the lawns at Spicers Clovelly Estate
We will be serving refreshments and food.
Enjoy lawn games, meeting guests and live music by Dan MacGahan
6pm: Reception under the Sperry Tent
Live music by Hamilton Band
Mirror Glass Photo booth
Dinner and speeches will commence here, if you have dietary requirements, please be sure to let us know with your RSVP so we can arrange with the venue.
8:30pm – Late

We plan to dance, dance, dance!
The evening will conclude around 11:30pm
Getting there.
We will be organising transport in the form of buses, an itinerary posted on the website soon, please be sure to check pick-up times for your accommodation location.
Alternatively, there is plenty of onsite parking if you prefer to drive.
If you have an unexpected beverage, we encourage you to take advantage of the local buses and taxis. Speak to our wedding planners on the day.
Things to keep in mind.
Accommodation.
Please pre-book accommodation in advance, it’s the first weekend of school holidays and peak wedding season in Montville/Maleny. We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
Dress code.
The dress code is formal. Please use this as an excuse to dress up! Men in suits and ladies in formal dresses.
Children.
Sadly we cannot accommodate for children. With the help of our wedding planners, we can happily get you in touch with local babysitters in Montville, please give us plenty of notice if you require babysitters.
Most importantly! We want you to laugh, dance and have fun!
